Injury Prevention
At The Treatment Room, our injury prevention services are designed to keep you moving efficiently and pain free, whether you're an athlete, fitness enthusiasr, or someone wanting to maintain an active lifestyle.
We take a proactive approach. You're 1:1 assessment with Physiotherapist Zoë will analyse your movement patterns, identify potential weaknesses or imbalances, and implement a tailored exercise programme to enhance your strength, stability and mobility. You have the option to complete this independently, or under the guidance of Zoë / Luke in our private gym or commercial gym.
By addressing these factors early, we help reduce your risk of injury, ensuring you can perform at your best and continue pursuing your fitness goals with confidence.

TMJ Disorder Assessment / Treatment
At The Treatment Room, we specialise in the treatment of temporo-mandibular joint disorders, offering the only dedicated service of its kind on island.
TMJ issues can cause pain and discomfort in the jaw, face, neck and even lead to headaches or difficultly with every day activities like eating and speaking.
Zoë utlises a combination of manual therapy, corrective exercises and personalised treatment plans to address underlying causes of TMJ dysfunction.

Soft-Tissue Therapy / Sports Massage
Sports massage and soft tissues therapy is provided by our skilled therapist Nathan.
